A full refund without penalty is given if the cruise is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start. No refunds are given for cancellations inside 72 hours. If you miss the tour because you are not on time, no refund will be issued. Pelican Adventures reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour.
